Report a problem or suggest a feature
Use the GitHub issue link below. Posting requires a GitHub account, and your report will be public. Describe what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened. Include your browser and operating system when relevant. Screenshots are useful after removing personal information.
Protect your progress first
Before troubleshooting, open Progress and export a backup. Back up each profile separately. Do not clear browser storage as a first step. A JSON backup can include custom passages and profile details; do not attach it to a public issue.
Moving to typedo.sunaissu.com
Visit the address where you previously practised, export each profile, then open the new site and restore the matching backup in each profile. The new site cannot read progress from localhost or another domain.
Keyboard and offline help
Typing practice requires a physical keyboard and printable English keyboard characters. Touch navigation works on smaller screens. To practise offline, complete the app's offline download while connected, then keep using the same browser and site address.
